Returns Policy
Our returns policy is very reasonable. We will accept any merchandise that has
been purchased from us, as long as it is in brand new condition in
which it was shipped. Products that have been installed, used, or
swapped will not be credited.

Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground Insured, unless the customer needs it immediately,
additional costs would apply. Please call us if you need this sooner. UPS
ground usually takes 5-7 business days.
We always try our best to make sure all orders are executed within 12-24
hours, but occasionally some orders can take us up to 48 hours. Out-of-Stock
products will be kept on backorder and shipped as soon as they become
available.
Shipping Claims
All claims must be made promptly. All original shipping materials must be kept
in order to file a claim.
Please inspect all products before discarding packing materials.
Attempted claims without original packing materials will be denied.
When a package is returned to Mobile Marine because a carrier is unable to
make delivery we will
refund your credit card less shipping charges and the products) will be
returned immediately to inventory. Should you still wish to purchase these
products, you may place your order again on our website
If you believe a shipment was returned to us due to an error on our part or on
the part of our carrier, please e-mail or call to arrange a refund of shipping
and return fees.
General Claims
For all claims related to erroneous shipment, incorrect ordering, or any other
issue, please contact the Mobile Marine via e-mail or phone.
PLEASE enclose a copy of the original invoice, with a valid contact number and
reason for the return. Returns without this information will be delayed
significantly or possibly lost.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of
our offer to sell. Mobile Marine reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing, product
information received from our suppliers, or outdated searches, Mobile Marine
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price. Mobile Marine shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, Mobile Marine shall issue a credit to your credit
card account in the amount of the charge.
Credits
It takes approximately two business days to process a credit back to your
credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Site Security
At Mobile Marine, your privacy and confidentiality come first. We do not store
ANY credit card numbers on our servers, and we use Pay Pal Processing to
ensure the highest level of security possible.
